I click launch to start the game. It does its thing. Then it goes to a black screen like normal in the top left of my screen. Then bam back to EA app. Ive tried everything suggested in forums. Ive turned off all overlays. Repaired the files. Ive even done a whole new fresh install and still does it. Cleared cache u name it ive done it. Im lost at this point and severly irritated with the AI support bot for EA HELP. I personally dont think its smarter than a rock honestly.
I have a full AMD build. Played on the new drivers on the 20th. No problem at all. Just did a driver roll back on my GPU and it still wont work. Ive attached a file for a crash it has logged but I cant read it.

Penguin knows there's sometimes a software conflict with AMD's integrated CPU graphics and Adrenalin software.
3: test suggestions, as this has worked on 2 similar cases from Discord Chat members.
1. Disable IGPU for AMD Ryzen CPU in System BIOS and try launch the game.
2. Use WHQL GPU driver from Microsoft, = less likely to fail during rendering_queue and handling cache.(Clearing cache will not solve this if the issue is inherently a software conflict making the regular GPU driver crash = game crash and shut down)
3. Test running the game without Adrenalin software all together, run clean WHQL Microsoft driver state.
According to Penguin understanding there's a error when trying to load Cache assets, the two suggested steps can be related to the described issue.
Situation is: It works to some and others not.. Penguin wishing it was possible to give a 100% guaranteed solution, but sadly not.

Solved.Just changed setting AMD Software Adrenalin Edition "use global experience (HYPER-RX)" to "HYPER-RX". And nothing else. If you have AMD GPU try it.
