Want to play with friends? Wouldn’t bother

Every time I play with friends there seems to be a bug where not everyone in the lobby will load in to the game (whatever mode it may be) The party leader starts matching making but most of the time ( I’d say 9 out of 10 times) 1 or 2 people are just left in the lobby while the rest load in. This means the rest of the lobby has to exit out and start matching making again. Interestingly this can also happen to only the party leader, they start matching making the rest of the squad load in but the party leader is left in the lobby! What I have noticed is that this seems to be Xbox users that have this issue.  It’s happened sometimes when I am even playing solo but this is less of an issue as no one then has to exit out, I can just start match making again. It’s incredibly frustrating having the do a register at the beginning of each game to check if everyone is in. There is never an error code to suggest connection is bad or servers aren’t working. There is no pattern, rhythm or reason as to why this happens. It needs to be fixed cause it’s becoming more hassle than it’s worth.
