Same problem here, Neither EA or AMD are acknowledging the problem or seems to be fixing it. Here is my own post on the forum with a link to a subreddit which also suffer from this issue. And the only solution people have come up with is as you stated in your post is to downgrade to 26.3.1 but I haven't even had success with that
