BATTLEFIELD 6 CRASHING XBOX SERIES X

I have reported that battlefield crashing my xbox series x everytime i try to play it within 30 minutes, I have been having a issue playing any EA since college football 25 came out and they will not do anything to fix this issue. I bought a new xbox series x just to play these new EA games coming out and I cant do anything but I can play call of duty for hours no issues at all. seems like im just wasting my money for no reason. I have done literally everything that Microsoft and EA has recommended but gets me no where.
