Hello, my question is this: I remember finishing in the top 52 of the destruction receipts, but the official EA account never contacted me to award me the reward for finishing between top 100. I would like to know if I still have a chance to receive it. Thanks.
So my story is similar.
I was 26th. And got contacted. And send them EA ID and email.
Did not received the reward.
Opened a case in EA Help - it wasn't helpful at all. 1 month going back and forward with different customer support agents. No one could tell me what is the reward even to check it myself. Then I found what was it in redit (the topic is somehow now deleted there).
It's the "Guns Blazing" vehicle decal and mine is "LOCKED"...
Tried via multiple replies, messages and stuff to write to Battlefield, Battlefield Coms, Battlefield Intel and so on but no one bothers to see it in X.
Tried writing a topic here and got deleted?!
So I'm starting to feel pretty pissed now.
PS: this ranking turns to be a very big hoax, the guy who was #1 actually turned out to be a scammer, he destroyed like 1x jet, 1x Heli and 1x figher making +386M, something that I couldn't even do in 30s.
People become suspicious of that then and found that he actually sped up his 30s video, it was like 40s at least, but no one at DICE noticed and they calculated him like #1.... Imagine...
