I found a workaround from the Beta. In Registry Editor browse to: \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Video
I have three adapters listed by GUID. Open one then open the Video folder. It will say DeviceDesc and one of the GUIDs will have your on-chip "AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics" and one GUID will have in my case "Radeon RX 5500M"
In the folder 0000 of the GUID that holds your discrete card there is a string value ReleaseVersion. Double click it and select the xx.xx.xx.xx numbers at the beginning and copy to clipboard. Browse back to the 0000 folder of the other GUID that holds your on-chip graphics card. Find ReleaseVersion string which in my case had the 23.19.23.11 version. Double click it and and highlight the 23.19.23.11 and paste in the version you copied earlier.
I made a backup of ReleaseVersion called RReleaseVersion and saved the folder in the favorites so after playing I will swap them back to the original values. Looks like the game is reading the driver version of the wrong graphics adapter.
Surprisingly this worked!
