Battlefield 6 does not work in the city of Zaporizhia. Ukraine

Hello. I live in the suburbs of Zaporizhia, Ukraine. There is currently a war going on in the country, and all occupied territories are under sanctions, which means that some services are not available there. But my city is located in Ukraine and is not occupied. So why can't I LEGALLY use the game I PAID FOR??? I am in a country that is not under sanctions! Please do something.
