All progress reset + missing Phantom Edition on PS5 after disconnect
Hi EA Team,
I was playing Battlefield 6 on PS5 and had reached rank/level 25 when, right after finishing a match, I was suddenly kicked back to the main menu. After that, everything on my account was completely reset — my rank, weapons, challenges, campaign progress, even my friends list.
I also purchased the Phantom Edition digitally from the PlayStation Store, but now the game only recognizes the base edition. All Phantom Edition content and bonuses are gone as well.
I’ve tried contacting EA Help through the regular channels but haven’t been able to reach a live representative. This issue has been going on since, and I’m hoping someone here can escalate it.
Platform: PlayStation 5

Edition purchased: Phantom Edition (digital)
I’ve already tried restoring licenses on my PS5 and verifying my EA account connections. Nothing worked.
Could someone from the Battlefield or EA team please check my account data and restore my progress and edition entitlements?
