Battlefield 6 EA APP & XBOX Versions

Hi,

After searching for help and absolutely nothing coming up apart from totally useless EA support Chat bots that give zero help or answers, i found this place,

Please can i get some support or help

I pre-ordered BF6 on EA app on my PC - Installed all works fine,

My son wanted to play  on his Xbox, so i purchased a version for him as well, installed all works fine.

Now when i log in and play and he turns his Xbox on to play one of us gets kicked off, This has never happened with any battlefield game before, i used to play BF1  and BF5 with him at the same time with absolutely zero changes to accounts or anything.

I have paid £160 for these two purchases, What is this stopping us from playing? More to the point how do i fix it? 

I have checked my EA linked accounts and my steam, xbox, PS discord and every other app is linked, I have had this Origin account for over 15 years, 

I was just going to refund and buy it on steam until i realized that removing my steam connection is suddenly time gated to not be able to be changed until next year? what the hell is this and why after buy two different games i cant play them? what is going on? what's the work around, why on earth are you blocking two different game platforms from playing 2 different game licences - what gives you the right to do that?
