Battlefield 6 Game Matching Player Issue

Dear Administrator,

Thank you very much for bringing us the fantastic Battlefield 6 experience. I am a PS5 player, and since the game’s launch, I have encountered the following issue which I hope will be resolved.

After disabling the cross-platform gaming mode, I have noticed that the matches I receive consist of only a few players, with the remainder being AI. Ever since the servers went live, I have grown weary of having every match pitted against AI opponents. I hope you can optimize the matching mechanism for console-only play or disclose an official (non-community) game server list that players can join independently.

My play region is on the servers located in Japan or Hong Kong.
