I initially tried the user..cfg and had the settings as follows, suitable for my CPU
Thread.ProcessorCount 8
Thread.MaxProcessorCount 8
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 16
I was still plagued with issues, the lag etc, mind you only when playing the public games you are put into by way of match making. I just got home from work and tweaked the settings by changing the GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 16 to GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 12
saved the file, booted into the game, all the issues went away, running smooth as. Give it a try, I've been playing for 2 hours trouble free, the CPU is sitting at 50 degrees and the average load is around 50% as well.
