Enabling VSYNC, setting refresh rate to max (165hz in my case), putting fps limit to 60 and target fps to 30 for some reason works best for me. It reduced lagging on active point to half, but still not playable so that i can enjoy normal servers.
Taking plug out of my second screen might have fixed this.
Still get yellow icons on top left corner, but last breaktrough was actually playable!
