tried to refund the game not long ago , i told them i experienced horrible stutter and etc performance issues i got hit with the and i quote "our review of your case and the information currently available does not allow us to change the original outcome. At this time, there are no confirmed, game-wide issues that would make the title eligible for a refund under EA’s refund policy, and your purchase falls outside the applicable refund window."
