I’ve had this problem since day one — constant lag icons on my screen, just like everyone else here. After my PC had some issues for a while, I decided to swap my CPU (it wasn’t even broken, just felt like upgrading) from a Ryzen 5 to a Ryzen 7. Since then? No in-game lag, no warning icons, nothing — it’s magically gone. Sure, the netcode still feels like early alpha (classic EA, taking forever to fix Battlefield stuff), but at least the hardcore lag and those lovely symbols have finally disappeared… even though my old CPU was already above the minimum requirements.
I really feel for you guys though, and I’ll keep following this topic — because clearly something’s not right here.
