Battlefield 6 Launch Day Compensation

During the outage I could open the game but all options to engage in gameplay stated I needed to purchase the game to play. There's no responses here yet, and EA Help state that we must seek assistance on the forum. This is not okay. I've been a customer of EA since the 80's on my Commodore 64. 

I was up at 2am on launch day in Australia, and instead of enjoying the triumphant return of a beloved series I was stuck glued to these forums looking for a fix for 7 and a half hours. To add insult to injury, a week and a half of endless frustration chasing the diminished good will gesture of compensation with "EA Help" before they notified me they couldn't "Help" at all and referred me back here. I'm so riled up that its 3am and I'm out of bed again writing here, hoping for this to be resolved.
I find I can't enjoy the game without thinking about this. The whole ordeal has become ridiculous and if it isn't resolved I'll take it up with Fair Trade. P.lease make this right.
