I've been in contact with EA Help four times over the last week and a half to try and get the promised Battlepass for season 1, and until today they did not advise me to go back to the forum. After all, I posted here on launch day. I've received the xp boosters but not the battle pass. Could anyone please assist me? I have updated the game, repaired it, and still nothing.
I was up at 2am on launch day in Australia, and instead of enjoying the triumphant return of a beloved series I was stuck glued to these forums looking for a fix for 7 and a half hours. To add insult to injury, a week and a half of endless frustration chasing the diminished good will gesture of compensation with "EA Help" before they notified me they couldn't "Help" at all and referred me back here. I'm so riled up that its 3am and I'm out of bed again writing here, hoping for this to be resolved.
I find I can't enjoy the game without thinking about this. The whole ordeal has become ridiculous and if it isn't resolved I'll take it up with Fair Trade. P.lease make this right.
