It's the biggest thing ruining my experience as well.
The desync in BF6 is abysmal. You can barely see someone's shoulder as they kill you. Or as you're shooting them in the side, they turn, then instantly kill you.
Then like what you're talking about, the hit reg is not working properly. I can barely kill two players with one 30 bullet mag.
