i just bought the game 2 days ago and i've spent about 5-6 hours trying to resolve that. The small charging windows opens up, charges and then closes itself sending me back to the EA launcher. Tried Repairs, reinstallations, clearing cache, i checked the secure boot status, i also tried to put the game into exceptions of Antivirus and Firewall. Wasted also 2 hours chatting with a BOT that couldn't help me at all. Has anyone had the same problem and resolved? lmk.
I’m experiencing the same bug. I contacted EA Support, but they couldn’t resolve it. It seems we’ll just have to wait for a patch. From what I can tell, only a small number of people are encountering this issue.
I bought it on release day, but I can’t play it. It’s really disappointing.
I disabled background services and startup programs, but it didn’t solve the issue. I also tried turning off SmoothMotion and adjusting the Exploit Protection settings. I deleted the cache and even reinstalled the game, but nothing worked.
