Even if you close the EA App, its background linker stays active and causes token errors. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. Look for EA Background Service and EALink.exe. Right-click them and choose End Task. Relaunch the game directly from your Steam Library.
Corrupted connection files in the Steam directory can block EA authentication. Open your Steam Library.Right-click on Battlefield and select Properties. Go to the Installed Files tab.Click Verify integrity of game files.
