Battlefield 6 phantom edition. No battle pass reward

I purchased the Phantom Edition and received cosmetic rewards in first days. However, when the Battle Pass was released on October 28, I did not receive the promised 25 levels. It has been two days, and there have been no changes. I have checked my mail in game and me email, and there are still no updates. If anyone has encountered a similar issue and resolved it, please share your experience.
