Battlefield 6 slow motion after latest update

After the update on November 11 or 12 Battlefield 6 started running in slow motion even though FPS stays around 70 to 90 before the update I had stable 80 to 100 FPS on medium settings and everything worked perfectly now the game is slowed down already in the spawn selection menu and during gameplay it gets worse and sometimes crashes.

 I repaired and reinstalled the game updated GPU and Windows switched to Ethernet and changed settings but nothing helps after the update the in game performance indicators like CPU GPU and MPS often turn yellow or red which never happened before the game is unplayable please help and let me know if this is a known issue after the latest update.
