Battlefield 6 slow motion after latest update

Hi, I posted earlier about my Battlefield 6 slow motion and crashing issue after the latest update, but nobody has replied. This is supposed to be the official EA forum, yet I have received no help at all. I need someone who actually knows how to fix this. Can anyone here provide a direct contact or point me to official support that can solve this problem?

I've been having the exact same issues with the low FPS and variable latency, feels like all animations are super slow, the game takes 3 seconds to register a movement, and other players rubber-banding like crazy.  More people need to complain about this issue, it seems like a lot of people are experiencing it.  I wish I knew what to do to fix it.

I also first started playing after the update, so I don't have anything to compare to.  I guess something in that update messed everything up, because I've heard other people complaining about similar issues that started popping up at the same time.

In my case the system automatically switched my laptop to Eco mode even though I never set it myself I only noticed it after installing MSI Center and after changing the power mode back to a performance profile all the stuttering and low FPS disappeared It might be worth checking if your laptop or Windows switched to some power saving mode in the background

good luck getting any response. The community managers are trash. they have no answers or helpful workarounds. This problem has been ongoing for a month and they havent given a single thing that can help. Its like they are ignoring the problem. EA wont be getting my money ever again. Trash company.
