I have the same problem, if I change Secure Boot from OS to Windows Uefi, it doesn't work anymore, if I change CSM from Legacy to Uefi, the operating system doesn't load anymore. I mention that I have Windows 10, I just reinstalled Windows but still the same problem, Windows won't load unless CSM remains on Legacy and Secure Boot on the OS.
