I was having the same issue went through as many solutions as possible and i solved it through re-downloading DirectX and re-downloading/repairing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86 and x64. Running windows 24H2 in case you saw the other potential solution above.

Unfortunately, this still hasn't solved the issue for me, still getting the same error. Thanks for the recommendation though.
