"Battlefield Not Installed"

Hi, I've been playing the game since launch with no issues. 

Since the California patch has been installed, I am unable to play on base game lobbies. It says Battlefield Not Installed when everything is installed.

I've tried deleting/reinstalling everything, rebuilding the database, restoring the license and clearing the cache. Nothing has worked.
