Battlefield points taken but nothing given. HELP!

I tried spending 1200 Battlefield points to progress the limited time battle pass event for the pickaxe. Well, I spent the 1200, and it DIDNT progress. I did it again thinking maybe it was my network, nope, took ANOTHER 1200 points now I am down 2400 points and still no progression. I tried making a ticket but I cant, the EA site only references the forums or troubleshooting steps, nothing about an actual ticket!

I need help from a battlefield support assistant or EA assistant to get my points back because I spent a lot of money on them! (I had 2400 points MORE before screenshot was  taken, screenshot was taken after the issue)
