Battlefield will load then black box appears and it closes

Hey there. Sorry you’re running into this, especially after the game previously worked on the same PC. Please try these steps and let us know how that goes. 

1. Since you already tested administrator mode, first remove any Run this program as administrator or other compatibility settings you enabled for Battlefield, the EA app, and the anti-cheat launcher. Restart the PC and test everything with its default settings.
2. Repair or verify the Battlefield 6 installation through the launcher you purchased it from, then restart the PC.
3. Open the Battlefield 6 installation folder, right-click bf6.exe, select Properties - Compatibility -  Change settings for all users, enable Disable fullscreen optimizations, select Apply, and test the game again.
4. If it still closes, open the Battlefield 6 installation folder and try launching EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe once, then launch Battlefield normally through the EA app.
5. Open System Information in Windows and check whether BIOS Mode shows UEFI and Secure Boot State shows On. Please only report what those entries show for now rather than changing BIOS settings.

I agree with above. This game is no fun.

Honestly just request a refund. All you will get from this game is disappointment, if you can even fix the problem you’re getting.
