Players are paying real money for products and being banned for simply using built-in features is unacceptable. No reason and explanation
You've cheated or used a thirty party app that's not allowed. You got caught by the new Kernel Level Anti Cheat. You should read the terms of agreement before you counting your payments.
We don't tolerate cheaters. Apply for a ban appeal, dice would exactly tell you what triggered the ban.

Like bro this is a well known issue right now and in the coming days im sure EA will help the people who are having the problem, a typical anti cheat ban would have emailed the player with a reason, and it would be viewable in the penalty history lol, this is not that, this is a bug thats disabling EA accounts from accessing the game , not banning people for cheating, also, the forums are literally designed to get help from the community, as the EA Help website states to try the forum, so we come to the forum looking for community assistance and are met with people who arent even reading the post in the first place and being unhelpful, you dont understand the situation nor are you an EA assistant so why are you commenting , get a job.
