Beta Challenge Rewards Still Missing

Hello,

Recently got the game before the holidays and still am having issues accessing the beta challenge rewards. Played both of the Beta Weekends and completed all of the challenges but there are no rewards in any of my loadouts since logging into the game upon purchase. No weapon skins, character skins, vehicle skins, etc. Did receive the inbox message saying that my rewards were available. Just confused as to where the rewards are, looking forward to any help. Thank you.
