It's great that there's still no response or even acknowledgement on the issue. My ticket has since been marked "closed." I'm going to try and fight to get a refund for my BF Pro purchase, because I'm unable to get the content that I paid for, and should have because I completed the challenges, but am now unable to because of a bug that was supposedly "fixed."

Cause thier not people, its just ai assistant. Just there to shine you on, to run you in circles til you get frustrated and quit.

EA_Leeuw Is this issue still on the Battlefield Studios' radar?
It would be nice to at least get the acknowledgement of the developers that your fix via game message has not reached every player that was affected by this.
A lot of us here have tried to resolve this issue directly via your EA Support chat but this has lead nowhere so far.

EA_Leeuw any update if Battlefield Studios is tracking this? I was hoping with season two maybe this would have been fixed, but upon logging in to the new update, there is still nothing.
Three weeks of radio silence isn't a good look. I was planning on getting the BF Pro again for this season, but knowing there are issues like this that can occur and that there's no acknowledgement from the devs or EA that this is an issue nobody should be buying BF Pro.

EA_Leeuw Is there any information regarding a fix for this? I've spent so much time in chat trying to get this worked out and still nothing. I bought the first Pro battlepass too but only got the standard season 2 battlepass. Not that they care but I won't give EA any more money until they fix this issue. A lot of us paid for the content, unlocked the content and still don't have it!

EA_Pulsar do you have any updates or can provide any insight? I tried reaching out to support again and they told me they'd look into (yet again) and that it's not possible to refund. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

So I went down the rabbit hole again and talked to EA Support. I actually made it to the second level also known as being moved from general to game specific support. They also claimed to have opened a n internal ticket in my name now.
According to EA Support they want us to open individual topics titled (I talked to them in German but I will give a translation below as well):
"Manuelle Berechtigung erforderlich: Im Januar bei BF6-Fix und im Februar bei FC 26 Lewandowski-Zuschuss übersehen“
"Manual Access required: In January for the BF 6-Fix [...] overlooked"
The [...] is probably part of the Info for another failed reward for FC 26.
Also the person from support pointed out that since season 2 started they don't have the data anymore if you actually completed the challenges so you have to provide the info/proof yourself.

Do you mean individual topics on the forum or individual topics in support?

I understood it as individual topics in the forum because according to EA Support new topics are more visible than replies to older topics.
