Hey folks, sorry for keeping you waiting for so long.
Please contact our advisors again so they can manually grant the specific missing rewards to eligible accounts.
I understand that some of you may have already tried previously, but there has been an update.
We’d greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while our advisors work through these cases.
i got the same answer again! he cant manually grand me those rewards. he will talk to other team and then maybe i will get them! your message says clearly that i will get them manually. Either you are lying or your advisors dont know doing their jobs correctly. We are waiting over 4 month for these rewards! So my topic still not solved!

Hi, sorry to hear about this. Your case does seem to have been mishandled. Since this is a recent update, some advisors may not yet be fully aware of the latest information or process changes. I’ve reported it to the studio.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. However, I have also been informed that some players have successfully received their missing rewards through this process.
