BF6 Campaign White Screen on PS5 Pro After Update – Multiplayer Works Fine
I'm experiencing a serious issue with Battlefield 6 on PS5 Pro after the October 13 update.
The campaign was working perfectly on October 14. However, when I launched the game on October 15, I noticed that the main menu background had changed.
Since then, the campaign screen has been completely white. I can still hear dialogue and see subtitles, but the 3D gameplay graphics are not visible.
Multiplayer works perfectly fine. The issue only affects campaign mode.
I have already tried disabling PSSR, switching between Balanced and Performance modes, restarting the PS5 Pro, reinstalling the game, clearing the system cache, rebuilding the database, and deleting the campaign save data.
None of these steps resolved the issue.
I have attached a video showing the white screen in campaign mode and normal gameplay in multiplayer.
I suspect the recent update may have introduced a rendering bug affecting campaign mode on PS5 Pro.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Could the EA development team please investigate?
