BF6 Can't launch pass splash screen but I already turn off smooth motion

Hi all after I try troubleshooting by myself for 2 days I decided to ask here since there's no solution for me yet. I also attached 30 seconds clip that show my current issue.

OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 26100) (26100.ge_release.240331-1435)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
RAM: 32 GB Bus 5600 MHz
Direct X 12
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB
GPU Driver: GeForce Game Ready Driver 581.57
Storage: SSD

The issue is
1. Open via steam / from the game path / from "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe"
2. Splash screen appear green bar goes full and disappear
3. Computer will freeze for 2-3 mins and sometime have black screen

There's also event viewer show error

The description for Event ID 1 from source Application cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

EAAntiCheatService
ExitType: 95 (29)

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

What I have tried

1. Turn off smooth motion form Nvidia App
2. Override all of Exploit Protection for bf6.exe and EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe
3. Reinstalled and verify the game
4. Reinstalled EAAntiCheatInstaller
5. Reinstall and Update Nvidia Driver
6. Delete Vanguard
7. Repair and reinstall Visual C++
8. Try follow this **guide** (Link: https://steamcommunity.com/app/2807960/discussions/0/591784958347971269/) But didn't work
9. Remove HD texture DLC
10. Enable Secure boot
11. Disable Smooth Motion
12. Disable internet while starting the game
13. Download and Install EA Anti Cheat from EA Website
14. Check Environment variable for **GAME_DATA_DIR** (Not found)

Please anyone know anymore potential solution please replied
