Hello, I will leave here my experience as well. I had the same problems. My pc is not a new pc:
X570 Tuf Gaming plus wifi
3700x
Gskill TridentZ neo 2x8-3600
Psu: Seasonic focus platinum 750w 80+
Gpu: amd 5700xt.
So, it seems that the ram and the cpu do not get along so much. I've tried disabling the xpm but I was keeping (without knowing) the memory frequency at 3600. So I was distabilizing the whole system. When I've done literally every "solution" I found on the internet, I finally realised that when you disabling the xpm, you have to have it like this:
1. AI Overclock Tuner → Auto
2. Memory Frequency → Auto
3. DRAM Voltage → Auto (it has to be approx 1.2 V)
4. VDDCR CPU Voltage → Auto (has to be~1.2 – 1.25 V)
5. SOC Voltage → Auto (has to be ~1.0 – 1.05 V)
6. BCLK → 100 MHz
So now, your ram will be running at very low speeds. Like 2100 or something BUT you can check if you have crashes. If you do, I don't know how to help you. Of you don't, you found your problem. It's the instability that's happening between your cpu and your ram. What I did later, was to try getting some speed. I've put it in auto again but I went the frequency at 3200. Crashed, then at 3000, freezed but didn't crashed. Then I took it at 2800 and finally I think that I solved my problem. So, mainly...its your ram. You have to find the sweet spot for your CPU. But firstly, you have to check the game at 2100 and everything in auto. Like for a whole day if your system doesn't reset. That's the issue, right there.
