BF6 disk not working, nothing working.

I am having problems with my copy of battlefield 6.
I received the game on disk for Christmas whilst I was visiting the United Kingdom.
I installed the game in the UK & started playing it at my family's house.
I have now recently returned home to Spain, where I live.
I have tried to play the game now I am back home in my house in Spain. I have an Xbox Series X.
I keep being met with this error code and the game won't load.
Even when I have the disk inside the console, it keeps asking me to buy the game online.
Error code - 1:86001S:51002S:57019S
I don't normally buy games on disk, I normally install them digitally through Xbox store. This is the first time iv bought a hard copy of a game in a very long time. I have tried everything to get it working and starting to think I wasted my money. I don't want to have to buy the game again. Iv tried everything to fix it. I seen people saying take out the USB storage, didn't work. Iv tried reinstalling the game, didn't work. Iv tried it on ethernet and also WiFi, didnt work.
The game is now a paper weight. Unplayable.
It worked first time when I turned it on in the UK, now I am home in Spain it won't work.
