BF6 DOESN'T LAUNCH AFTER REINSTALLING

Additionally if this don't help, Penguin would like to add that one similar case recently from Discord chat was solved by rolling back one of the recent Windows Updates as well.

Penguin is often active on the Official Battlefield 6 Discord, and one case followed up through Direct Messages over there was also due to a Bad Windows Update.
The user rolled windows back a few weeks, in which Penguin isn't 100% sure which Update caused it, but getting rid of one of the recent Windows Updates and changes did the trick! ✅

For Reference and troubleshooting assistance Penguin sharing the support steps for reference as it also contains many of the common steps and solutions for Battlefield:

1.
Penguin asked the user to Open Windows Event Viewer.
Looked for Errors occurring at the exact time Battlefield 6 was failing to launch.(To find evidence instead of guessing.)
2.
Checked for EA Javelin AntiCheat involvement. Based on the errors, Penguin suspected the anticheat system might be stopping the game, since Anticheat runs before the game fully launches and can block startup if something fails.

Checked Administrator Permissions:
Battlefield.exe run as administrator.
Javelin AntiCheat.exe run as administrator.
This is to make sure Windows permission restrictions were not blocking the game.

Checked Windows Folder permissions, Verified the game folder security settings for checked permissions like:
Full Control
Modify
Read & Execute
Read
Write.
Penguin says this is to rule out Windows denying access to game files.

Tested Antivirus interference:
Temporarily disabled antivirus/Windows security
Test launching the game.
Result: Game still failed to launch
Conclusion: antivirus was unlikely to be the cause.

Penguin asked to Check windows updates
Found that the issue started after recent Windows Updates
Suggested checking update history:
Penguin recommended uninstalling recent updates to test whether an update caused the problem.

Checked drivers
Suggested updating, GPU drivers, chipset drivers, manufacturer drivers. 
Penguins reason for this is that the Anticheat can sometimes fail because of outdated, incompatible system drivers, non valid driver signatures.

Checked BIOS version.
Penguin looked up PC model and compared BIOS versions, considered that older firmware might cause anti-cheat compatibility issues.

Removed unnecessary variable: Penguin asked what USB devices were connected.
Recommended disconnecting unnecessary devices, closed unnecessary programs.
Penguins goal was to reduce possible conflicts

Penguin suggested testing with a new Windows User.
User created a clean administrator account. Penguin says the purpose is to rule out corrupted Windows user settings, test if the problem only exists in the original profile.

Penguin suggested the Windows repair commands: DISM Restore Health, SFC system file scan. Penguins goal was to detect and repair corrupted Windows system files.
12.
 Factory Reset was considered when the other steps didn't solve it, Penguin pointed out it will likely fix the issue, but tracking what caused it is valuable to prevent it returning.''

13 SOLUTION for this specific case was Windows Rollback, 

Penguin conclusion, Windows Rollback removed recent updates. Point number 6 up there☝️: Trouble started after updates.
