BF6 Eastwood crash to Desktop

Yes same Here, Frustrating!

Im Running A GeForceRTX 4060Ti, and yes same as you crash right to desktop

Yeah nothing i have tried so far has worked!! Come on EA this is not a good way to start off with a new map!!

When entering the game it crashes to the desktop.
the repair did not work.It seems like there is a problem that your developers have missed.Now we can't play tonight because of this problem?

Same problem here unfortunately... was really looking forward to playing the new map, but now besides some weapon assignments not completing for me, also not able to play the new map. Also only seems to happen via EA app, last time I bought anything on there

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled. It works for me now, but this clearly shouldn't be the way to fix this.

It seems to be only Eastwood, Blackwell Fields and Siege of Cairo crashing for me after matchmaking. All other maps load fine. It does seem to be consistent from my experiments.

Okay so I found a fix that worked for me, not sure if it solves it for everyone but might be worth a shot: Instead of repairing your game, uninstall it completely and reinstall it. While it is doing the reinstall, go ahead and clear your shader caches of both DirectX and Nvidia/AMD. Not sure if that last part is strictly necessary but I performed both these steps and it resulted in a freshly installed game with the new map working. Do keep in mind that you will lose your custom keybinds.

Same Problem and change another map crash to desktop

EA launcher issue again. On Discord players with Steam launcher have confirmed it working just fine for Eastwood. Before next patch can you please fix the EA download manager. This fancy manager which lets you download different parts separately is clearly not working as this feels similar to launch day disaster.
