BF6 Hitting 100% CPU Usage Causing Lag/Stutter/Latency/Slo-Mo Issues

I can only get 60+ fps on a couple of maps of breakthrough, conquest is unplayable, tried every single tip out there in-game and out of the game, lowering all type of graphics, Core and Thread usage on .cfg, customized .cfg to severely lower global lightning setting, all types of AI Frame Rendering-Generation, multyple alisasing and DLSS options, even tried playing on a 600x480 window, 0 sharpness, and couldnt get more than 70 fps on a peak, the constant on conquest is 40-50 fps.
