Same issue here. I could play fine for the first days after launch, but since the weekend the same issues appear for me. Match is barely playable after 10 to 20 minutes. Then the slowdown etc. appears. Beta and launchweek worked out, so it seems to be patched in?
I tried the first singleplayer mission and it went well even on higher graphic settings.
