Found a temporary fix:
You can download intel xtu for intel cpus and limit the frequencies of the P and E cores to (Default minus 5x). This causes your cpu to be limited to a lower clock speed. It helps with the temperature and the usage. You can start from minus 1x and go lower if needed. I hope this helps.
