Update: Enabled A-XMP in bios, seems to have fixed the issue but I only loaded onto a conquest briefly. Will update later tonight.
Just finished playing my first few matches and the packet loss and lag is insane, GPU is barely breaking 75% but my CPU is between 85 and 100 the whole game. Frames aren’t an issue but packet loss and connectivity due to CPU stress is killing me. Is anyone else experiencing anything similar? Does anyone have a solution?
It’s almost unplayable and gets worse on bigger maps with more people. I’d like to think it’s not my internet as I play every other game just fine.
Ryzen 5 3600X
AMD Radeon RX 5700XT
I've tried everything from using the User.cfg file to enabling a-xmp in the bios but as soon as i play a mode that includes big maps and more than 16 peaple such as conquest or escalation my cpu constantly has the usage betweeen 90% and 100% causing slo-mo movement, not registated hits on the targets, slow texture loading, small freezes, enemy telepoprting arround and a lot of minor problems that makes the game litteraly unplayable
specs:
ryzen 7 5700g(disabled integrated graphics)
rx 6650xt 8gb vram
16gb of ddr4 ram (3200Mhz) (8gb per stick used in dual channel on the 2nd and 4th slot)
i tried even to force dx11 or dx12 into the game using steam's launch settings but nothing really changed i also just reinstalled the whole game and before that did a couple of integrity file check but nothing seemed to work honestly i don't know what to do i paid the game 70€ and i cant play more than half of the modes while having way better specs than minimum and recommended ones please help

Switch your user config to 8 and 12 try that and play on 1440p performance mode fer or 1080 p native and switch all graphics settings that are CPU intensive to low

thank u for ur response so i tried changing the values on the cfg file but the game seems not caring about what's wrote in it, so i've seen no differences i have an 1080p monitor and i always had this problem even with everything on low and it's still how i described on my first post

I had this issue with my previous CPU. It was also a Ryzen and I made a post about it here. I ultimately decided to upgrade everything and it runs flawlessly now. Not a fix though..

i dont think is the cpu itself the problem cause it's not old or bad by any means, also my friend with a ryzen 5 5600g which is a worse processor than mine has no problem at all while playing the game this is so weird
