BF6 PC Frame Rate Issues Since Hotfix

Since the 1.1.3.1 hotfix I've started getting more frame rate issues.

At the start of a match everything is fine but once the action starts ramping up, frame rate drops below 60fps, to the point where it has become unplayable due to the stuttering and bullets sometimes don't register on the server side. My most recent match, Escalation on Siege of Cairo constantly showed the yellow frame rate icon in the top corner. Steam's fps counter was also showing around 55fps. Before this update I rarely had problems with the frame rate. I cap it at 60fps in the menu as I only have a 60hz monitor. The same issue has happened on the Empire state snow map. Its worth noting that I did not have any performance issues on either the snow version or non-snow version of that map.

I would also note that while these issue were happening I looked at the memory graph in the graphics settings and it was well below the memory limit. The graphics settings were set to the low pre-set and the issue still happened.
