Im shocked about EA support respond:
“If you like Steam so much, then Steam should give you everything you’re missing.”
This is unacceptable and deeply disrespectful.

EA Discriminates Steam Users? Phantom Edition Paid, Content Withheld
This post is NOT about how Phantom Edition works.
It is about how EA treats Steam customers who legally paid for it.
What is happening
- I legally ownBattlefield 6 Phantom Edition on Steam
• Steam Support confirmed in writing that my Phantom license and DLC arecorrectly attached and installed
• Despite this, EA servers grant me only Standard Edition in-game
• The game still shows: “Get BF PRO”
This is an EA-side entitlement issue, not a Steam issue.
EA Support behavior (the real problem)
I contacted EA Support many times. What happened?
• Endless transfers between agents
• Repeating the same scripted answers
• Being sent back to Steam even after Steam confirmed the issue is NOT on their side
One agent went further.
After 1.5 hours of discussion and full proof provided, the agent ended the chat with a statement essentially saying:
“If you like Steam so much, then Steam should give you everything you’re missing.”
This is unacceptable and deeply disrespectful.
Why this matters
Steam users are treated differently.
EA refuses to fix EA-server entitlement issues for Steam customers, even when ownership is proven.
What makes this worse:
• EA admits this is a backend/server issue
• EA admits agents cannot fix it
• EA sends users to forums instead of fixing paid content
• There are documented cases where EA DID fix Phantom entitlements after proof
So it is possible.
It’s just not done consistently — especially for Steam users.
