BF6 phantom promise on free season 2

Hi 

when i bought season 1 BF6  phantom edition  like others via the EA app the game had failed to launch etc , and like others i was promised a free season 2 pass , 

but low and behold i have not received my season 2 pass as yet can anyone tell me if anyone else is experiencing this or just me and EA breaking another promise
