bf6 please launch the game from your distribution platform
the game won't launch. it shows a black screen and them i get this error.i signed up to ea play pro to play the game.
i tried the following and didn't work after making sure secureboot is on
- repairing the game from ea app
- running ea app and the game as adminstrator
- adding the game to firewall exception list
- disabling secure motion
- disabling overlays on nvidia app and ea app
- clean install windows 11
- unlinking ps5 and steam accounts from ea account
is there any thing i should try, i am thinking of applying for a refund
specs: 12400f asrock h610m 16gb ram rtx 4060
