Same as me, I already sent 3 emails, and last one was one automatic answer, saying that they can answer anymore. Really frustrating, and bad for EA. Apparently there’s a lot of people missing their skins, and they should prioritise this, as we paid the game and more expensive battle pass. If they can’t answer or take care, we want the money back, and in the end it’s just less points for EA with things happening like that!
