Bump.
EA support advised the below on my original ticket. I asked them to keep this case open until it's resolved, it's been 20 days already and still missing multiple unlocks from the battle pass.
"The thing is that, we have also received similar contacts from other players. The good thing is that our involved team is aware of the problem and already working on a fix for it. So you don't have to worry as the problem is not on your side and will be solved really soon.
I am not sure of the exact time however I am sure that it won't take long since it is effecting players to enjoy the game so resolving this issue is the top most priority of the EA team for now. Expect it to be fixed really soon.
