I just opened another case with support following up on the issue, its been almost over a month for me. If a resolution date is not provided I will be doing a chargeback with my bank and I will stop playing this game. This whole thing is bogus.
Edit #1 Dec 8th: Heard back from support, see screenshot. Still no ETA on the issue, I'm done playing this game fellas. Goodluck to the rest of you!
