Disappearing soldiers running into hills or buildings while shootimg

I've been playing last couple days and noticed when shooting someone they're there but it seems to be a glitch or loading where they're suddenly 10 ft away from it running into a building and where there's no door another example is shooting someone and there is a hill near them and they were able to walk into the hill and then disappear I don't know if this is a bug on my side we're loading issue
