BF6 seizes up (crashes) PC requiring manual reboot

G'day mate. Similar issue with me. I'm crashing trying to launch BF6...I don't even make it to the menus. This has been the case since the 26th October (2 days before Redsec dropped). I had 98 hours of play clocked with no issues until that 26th date. I closed the game but left my PC running, came back after lunch and haven't been able to launch the game since. I try to launch the game & my PC crashes. I'm pretty sure the problem is with the Javelin Anti-cheat....and I don't think user side can fix this. Just some acknowledgement from EA would go a long way.

Windows 11 24H2, AMD 5600X, AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT, Gigabyte Aoreus, 64 Gig RAM Corsair

If BF6 is still saying the save file is corrupt after reinstalling Windows. Then it sounds like the save file is stored in the cloud somewhere and being redownloaded.

Try this, turn off all the cloud save locations. For example, Microsoft One Drive, EA app cloud storage, and Steam cloud storage.

Now delete the Documents\Battlefield 6 folder. The corrupt Battlefield 6 save file should now be deleted with no way to download back onto the computer from cloud storage.

Just tried your suggestion and it still crashed my PC, it still seized up and I had to manually restart

Try what @Oskool_007 says but then go in and delete your DirectX cache file.  

Ok so I tried @Oskool_007 and EKMA49 's suggestions and it did stop it from crashing during the loading process, but after several minutes even doing nothing in the menus my PC seizes up again and forces me to manually reboot. Additionally upon validating the game files it consistently says 3 files failed to validate and will be reacquired but I'm not sure how to tell which ones they are via steam. So slight improvement, main issue is still present, and game is still de facto unplayable.

Schadenfreude45​ since the computer is freezing up. I recommend only installing two identical memory sticks into the motherboard and see if the freeze crashing stops.

Running 4 memory sticks puts more strain on the memory controller than only two memory sticks.

I can try this but I've literally never had this issue with any other game with this exact setup, this has never happened before, even running intensive games like cyberpunk 2077 for like hours on end. 

Tried removing the sticks of slots 1 & 3 which were 8GB each and left in my 16GB sticks in slots 2 & 4, repeated all previous steps and it crashed earlier in the loading process this time.
