Hi there. Can you answer the below questions so we can look into this?

Where exactly you joined from on the main menu
- Did you start from the standard multiplayer tile (the main matchmaking option)?
- Or did you go into the Portal / Custom server browser first?
- If you used a Featured experience or any special event tile, please mention which one.
What kind of match it was
- Were there AI or bots in the match?
- Was it an official server or a community / custom Portal server?
- Do you remember the server name or description?
How you got into that match
- Did you matchmake normally, select a specific server, or join through a friend or invite?
What you played afterward
- After the issue began, did you try a regular official playlist like Conquest or Breakthrough?
- If so, did the XP stay stuck there too?

EA_Aljo For my problem, these are my answers:

I started from the portal, and that’s when I believe the problems started happening.
Yes, it had bots. I don’t remember the name. I have also played casual breakthrough a few times, if that helps you to know.
select a specific server
i played conquest afterwards
